What's there to do without driving?
Plenty. Walk the gardens and river, read on the porch, or book a private tasting on site. Many guests don't leave the property for a full day.
Is one night enough?
It works for an anniversary surprise, but two nights is the sweet spot. You'll spend less time arriving and more time actually relaxing.
