What does the elopement package include?

Starting at $795, the elopement package covers a private ceremony for two, suite for the night, officiant coordination, full gourmet breakfast, and photography time on the grounds.

What is in the signature wedding package?

The Signature package starts at $4,995 for Tuesday through Thursday dates and includes exclusive use of the estate, the 40x80 grand tent, ceremony and reception spaces, and all five suites for two nights (sleeps a maximum of 10). Base pricing covers 100 guests, with $250 per table of 10 up to 150.

Are service fees and taxes included?

Published prices are before 6% Kentucky sales tax, itemized on your proposal. There are no hidden service fees or forced gratuities, ever. Five star service is our standard; rewarding it is always your choice.

What is required to hold a date?

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer of $1,000 secure your wedding.

Can we tour before signing?

Yes. Private tours are scheduled with the innkeepers. Reach out through the Contact page or call (859) 567-1329.

How does the payment schedule work?

After your retainer, payments are split across milestones leading up to your event, with the final balance due 30 days prior.
