Not every wedding wants a guest list of two hundred. Some couples want a Tuesday morning at the river, fifty of their closest, or just each other and an officiant. We built our smallest packages for exactly that.
Same estate, same gazebo, same care, scaled to the day you actually want.
Two? The gazebo and a witness. Ten? The gardens. Twenty-five? The Carriage House for dinner. Forty? Add the lawn. Fifty? That's the top of our All-Inclusive Boutique, and the only Boutique size we host on weekends. Beyond that, the Signature Wedding adds the 40x80 grand tent and room for up to 150.
Because the property doesn't require scale to feel right. The gardens, the bluff, the gazebo, and the inn itself were built for a private home. A 25-person wedding here feels like exactly what it is: a private gathering on a private estate.

Anything from a two-person elopement up to 50 seated guests. Our small wedding packages are the Elopement (from $649) and the Boutique (10, 25, or 50 guests, from $3,195). Above 50 we move you into our Signature Wedding, which starts at $4,995 Tuesday to Thursday and handles up to 150.
Elopements run $649, $1,199, or $1,699 Tuesday to Thursday. Boutique 10 is $3,195 and Boutique 25 is $4,195, both weekdays only. Boutique 50 starts at $5,795 midweek. A $1,000 non-refundable retainer holds your date.
Yes, and we encourage it. Tuesday through Thursday dates have lower pricing and far more calendar flexibility, often available within 60 to 90 days.
Yes. We provide an on-staff officiant, and photography, simple florals, and a celebratory dinner can all be arranged through our preferred vendor network.
Yes. Every micro-wedding and elopement package includes at least one night in a king suite, typically the night of the wedding.

Catering is in-house for every package, from a two-person elopement dinner to a 50-guest seated meal. One vendor, one menu conversation, no coordination headaches.
Outdoor music has to end by the local midnight noise ordinance. For most intimate weddings, dinner is wrapping by 9 and the night naturally winds down well before then.
Additional suite nights are $235 to $290 depending on the suite and the season. All five suites have king beds and private walk-in showers (no tubs on property).
