Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if their conduct is disruptive or damaging to the property.
Liability
Riverside Inn Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We are not liable for personal injury occurring on the property except in cases of gross negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gallatin County, Kentucky.
