The Signature Wedding is our full estate buyout: the Carriage House, the tent with dance floor, the gazebo gardens, and the riverfront lawn are yours alone, with all five suites and a 2-night stay built in. Friday is set aside for your rehearsal and vendor load in, so Saturday belongs entirely to you. Base capacity is 120 guests, expandable to 150. If your guest list is closer to 50, the Boutique Wedding is the better fit.
Full range: $6,295 to $11,995 depending on season and day of week.

A whole weekend, not just a few hours
Most venues hand you a time slot. The Signature Wedding hands you the entire estate. From Friday through Sunday, Riverside Inn belongs to you and the people you love: no other guests, no other events, and no one rushing you out the door.
Our 1869 estate sits on the Ohio River in Warsaw, Kentucky, less than an hour from Cincinnati and about an hour from Louisville, so it is easy for guests to reach while still feeling like a true getaway.
How the weekend flows
Friday: you and your wedding party check in to the inn's five suites. Your vendors load in and set up without pressure, and you hold your rehearsal on the same grounds where you will say your vows.
Saturday: wake up on the property with continental breakfast already handled. Get ready in your suite, say your vows in the gazebo gardens or on the riverfront lawn, then move to the tent or the Carriage House for dinner and dancing. Your package includes five hours of event time, with extra hours available.
Sunday: slow down over breakfast with the people who stayed with you, then check out whenever you are ready to start the next chapter.
Every space on the estate
The gazebo gardens are our most requested ceremony setting. The riverfront lawn offers wide, open views of the Ohio River. The grand tent with dance floor handles large receptions in any season, and tent sides can be added for weather protection. The Carriage House, with hand fired wood plank walls and antique chandeliers, gives you a warm indoor option and a dependable backup plan.
Who the Signature Wedding is for
It is designed for couples planning a guest list of roughly 75 to 150 who want lodging, rehearsal, and celebration in one place. If your list is closer to 50, the Boutique Wedding gives you the same estate in a more intimate format.
Catering, bar service, florals, and entertainment are priced separately, so you only pay for what you choose. Our investment planner lets you build an itemized estimate in a few minutes, and we are always happy to walk you through it during a tour.
