The Signature Wedding is our full estate buyout: the Carriage House, the tent with dance floor, the gazebo gardens, and the riverfront lawn are yours alone, with all five suites and a 2-night stay built in. Friday is set aside for your rehearsal and vendor load in, so Saturday belongs entirely to you. Base capacity is 120 guests, expandable to 150. If your guest list is closer to 50, the Boutique Wedding is the better fit.
Full range: $5,995 to $10,995 depending on season and day of week.
Base capacity 120 guests, expandable to 150 with additional tables at $250 per table (10 guests per table).
