She already knows Riverside Inn: the grounds, the spaces, and how our weddings run. From building timelines and coordinating vendors to handling the little unexpected moments, she makes sure every moving piece comes together exactly when it should.
For Jamie, it's about more than schedules. She genuinely loves getting to know each couple and watching a day they've dreamed about come to life.
When she isn't coordinating weddings, Jamie runs an in-home childcare program, loves baking sourdough, and is happiest with her family. She's a mom of three grown children and proudly answers to Nonna.

Jamie attends your 30-day meeting, meets privately with you two weeks out, builds your master timeline, coordinates your rehearsal, and is on-site from 9 AM to 9 PM on your wedding day as the main contact for your vendors.
